About Us

We’re not just a printing company — we’re a Deaf family with a story rooted in love, connection, and a little bit of magic.

MAGYK Printing was born from the hearts of Micaela Paulone and Sebastien Ianno, a Deaf couple who believe in the power of creativity, community, and storytelling. We’re also proud parents of two amazing Deaf children.

The name MAGYK has a very special meaning for us. It’s inspired by a true story — one we carry deeply in our hearts.

Back in Belgium, Sebastien had a surprising and beautiful encounter. A wild magpie began visiting him every day — for over two months. He named her Maggy. She would wait for him outside, fly close, sit near him. It felt unreal… magical. Around that same time, Micaela — after years without contact — saw a post of Sebastien with Maggy and that inspired Micaela to reach out to Sebastien again. Their connection reignited, and they soon found themselves back together. And just like that… Maggy the magpie never returned. It’s as if she had fulfilled her purpose — bringing two souls back together.

From that moment, everything changed. Sebastien and Micaela got married, moved to the U.S., and decided to build something meaningful — a Deaf-owned business, dedicated to printing, art, and community. The name MAGYK is a tribute to Maggy the magpie, to magic, and also to CMYK, the colors of print. A perfect blend of heart and craft.

Our Mission

We created MAGYK Printing not just to offer high-quality printing — but to uplift the Deaf ecosystem.

We believe Deaf people have so much to offer the world — artists, entrepreneurs, dreamers. That’s why we work closely with Deaf artists and Deaf-owned businesses, creating opportunities, showcasing talent, and giving back through our future Deaf Ecosystem Fund.

But our doors are open to everyone — Deaf, hard of hearing, hearing, local and beyond. We especially love working with people from our own community in Fishers and Hamilton County, Indiana.
