TERMS & POLICIES

Clear guidelines for custom orders, payments, artwork, production, pickup, and shipping.

Please review these terms before submitting an order request with MAGYK Printing.

ORDERS & QUOTES

Submitting an order request does not create a confirmed order. MAGYK Printing will review your request, discuss any necessary details with you, and prepare a quote based on the final project requirements.

Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date they are issued. Pricing may change if the order quantity, garment selection, artwork, print locations, shipping requirements, or other project details change.

An order is considered confirmed only after the quote has been approved and the required payment or deposit has been received.

PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS

Orders under $1,000 require full payment before materials are ordered or production begins.

Orders of $1,000 or more require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin the order. The remaining balance must be paid in full before pickup or shipping.

Artwork or design fees, when applicable, must be paid before design work begins and are non-refundable once work has started.

MAGYK Printing will not order materials or begin production until the required payment or deposit has been received.

For certain special, high-risk, or unusual orders, MAGYK Printing may require different payment terms. Any such terms will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

ARTWORK, PROOFS & APPROVAL

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they own, or have permission to use and reproduce, any artwork, logos, images, text, or other content submitted to MAGYK Printing.

Print-ready artwork may be used as submitted. If artwork requires significant preparation, cleanup, recreation, or other adjustments, an artwork preparation fee may apply. MAGYK Printing will communicate any additional fee before the work begins.

Custom design services may include up to two revision rounds unless otherwise stated in the quote. Additional revisions or a new creative direction may require additional fees.

When a proof is required, production will not begin until the customer provides written approval. Once a proof is approved, the customer is responsible for reviewing the design, spelling, colors, sizes, placement, and other details shown in the proof.

Changes requested after final approval may result in additional costs and production delays.

PRODUCTION & TURNAROUND TIMES

Production timelines vary depending on order size, garment availability, artwork approval, production requirements, and current workload.

Any estimated completion date provided by MAGYK Printing is an estimate and is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing.

Production begins only after all required details are confirmed, the required payment has been received, and any required artwork or proof has been approved.

Customers with a specific event date or deadline should provide that information as early as possible. Rush requests may be accepted when feasible and may include an additional rush fee.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Because custom products are made specifically for each customer, cancellations and refunds depend on the stage of the order.

Before materials are ordered or work has begun, a cancellation may be eligible for a refund, less any non-refundable fees or costs already incurred.

Once garments, materials, transfers, artwork, or other order-specific items have been purchased or produced, those costs are non-refundable.

Design and artwork fees are non-refundable once design work has begun.

Once production has started, the order cannot normally be cancelled or refunded.

If MAGYK Printing makes an error or a product is defective due to our production, please contact us so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate correction, replacement, or other resolution.

CUSTOMER APPROVAL & ORDER ERRORS

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details before production, including garment styles, sizes, quantities, colors, artwork, spelling, print locations, and other specifications.

Once the customer has approved the final order details or proof, MAGYK Printing is not responsible for errors that were present in the information or artwork approved by the customer.

If MAGYK Printing produces an order differently from the approved specifications, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and, when MAGYK Printing is responsible for the error, provide an appropriate correction, replacement, or other resolution.

Because custom products are made specifically for each order, minor variations in print placement, garment dimensions, or appearance that are within normal production tolerances are not considered defects.

CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED GARMENTS

MAGYK Printing normally sources the garments used for custom apparel orders to help ensure consistent quality and compatibility with our printing process.

Customer-supplied garments may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by MAGYK Printing before production.

When customer-supplied garments are accepted, MAGYK Printing cannot guarantee how every garment or fabric will react to heat, pressure, or the printing process. Customers accept the risk of damage, discoloration, or other unexpected results related to the garment itself.

MAGYK Printing is not responsible for replacing customer-supplied garments damaged as a result of material defects, unknown fabric characteristics, or normal risks associated with the printing process, except when damage results from an error by MAGYK Printing.

COLORS & ARTWORK REPRESENTATION

Colors displayed on screens, digital proofs, and electronic devices may appear differently from the final printed product due to differences in screen settings, garment materials, fabric colors, inks, and the printing process.

MAGYK Printing makes reasonable efforts to produce colors that closely represent the approved artwork, but exact color matching cannot be guaranteed unless a specific color-matching service has been agreed to in writing.

The appearance of a design may also vary slightly depending on the garment color, fabric composition, texture, and print size.

Digital proofs are intended to show the general design, placement, and appearance of the finished product and should not be considered an exact physical representation of the final print.

PICKUP & SHIPPING

Local pickup is available by appointment at no additional charge. Pickup instructions and location details will be provided when the order is ready.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in the quote or as part of a specific promotion.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may be charged to the customer.

If MAGYK Printing makes an error when entering the shipping address, MAGYK Printing will be responsible for correcting the issue.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside MAGYK Printing’s direct control. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, MAGYK Printing will assist the customer with the appropriate carrier claim or resolution process.

REORDERS

Reorders are treated as new orders and are subject to current pricing, garment availability, production schedules, and material availability.

MAGYK Printing may retain previous order information and artwork to make reordering easier, but permanent storage of files is not guaranteed.

Colors, garments, materials, or print results may vary slightly between an original order and a later reorder due to product availability, manufacturer changes, or normal production variations.

Customers should review and confirm the details of each reorder before production begins.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ARTWORK RIGHTS

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right or permission to use and reproduce all artwork, logos, images, trademarks, text, and other content submitted to MAGYK Printing.

By submitting content for an order, the customer confirms that MAGYK Printing is authorized to reproduce that content solely as necessary to complete the requested order.

MAGYK Printing reserves the right to refuse any artwork or order when ownership, authorization, or usage rights are unclear or questionable.

The customer is responsible for claims arising from unauthorized use of content they submitted to MAGYK Printing.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By submitting an order request, approving a quote or proof, or making a payment to MAGYK Printing, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and policies applicable to their order.

MAGYK Printing may update these Terms & Policies from time to time. The terms applicable to an order are those in effect when the order is confirmed.

If you have questions about these terms or your order, please contact MAGYK Printing before approving your order or making payment.
